Post-Grant for Practitioners: Dramatic changes in district court litigation as a consequence of PTAB proceeding

Wednesday, April 9, 2014
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM EDT

In this session, we want to hear how changes in district court litigation due to PTAB proceedings have impacted you – our audience of practitioners. We hope to share experiences and lessons learned by those attending the webinar, and enable attendees to pose questions and provide comments during the session. Talking points will include:

Sweeping reform regarding judicial and legislative proposals
Day-to-day changes, including the treatment of stays, choice of forum, number of claims asserted, selection of experts, and percentage and timing of settlements
The emergence of a new breed of patent litigators

Speakers:
Karl Renner, Principal and Post-Grant Practice Co-Chair, Washington, DC
Dorothy Whelan, Principal and Post-Grant Practice Co-Chair, Twin Cities
Chris Marchese, Principal, Southern California

Fish & Richardson will apply for 1.0 hour of general CLE credit in most states. If you would like to receive CLE credit, register using your state bar information.
