Fish is proud to sponsor the 2016 Consero IP Forum for Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology in the Netherlands, March 14-16, 2016. Principal Martin Burda (Munich) is Chair of the Forum. Consero’s 2016 IP Forum for Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology will address current legal and business challenges faced by today’s Chief IP and Chief Patent Counsel in Europe, providing a unique opportunity to share best practices and strategies that will help lead their departments and companies in the right direction.

In addition to acting as Chair of the Forum, Martin Burda is moderating the panel “How Uniformity Will Affect Your IP Strategy in 2016 & Beyond” on March 14.  Principal Todd Garcia (Boston) is moderating “Checkmate: Staying Ahead of the Game in IP Litigation,” with Principal Anita Meiklejohn (Boston) on March 15.
