Mayo v. Prometheus: Where do we go from here?

Fish & Richardson Principal Jonathan E. Singer, who represented Mayo before the Supreme Court, will discuss this game-changing decision and what it means for the personalized medicine industry. Fish & Richardson Principal Jay Kugler DeYoung and Technology Specialist Tiffany Reiter will propose and explore potential strategies for prosecuting personalized medicine claims in view of Justice Stephen Breyer’s opinion.
