Northeastern University et al. v. Google, Inc. (E.D. Tex. 2007) (database query routing technology) – Defended Google against claims for patent infringement related to techniques for searching large, distributed databases. Resolved successfully just prior to scheduled jury trial.
Microlog Corp. v. Continental Airlines, Inc. et al. (E.D. Tex. 2010) (unified customer contact technology) – Defended CVS Pharmacy and La Quinta in patent infringement action relating to unified customer contact technology. Resolved successfully.
La Quinta Corp. v. eGain Communications Corp. (E.D. Tex. 2011) (breach of contract) – Represented La Quinta in its third-party complaint against eGain for breach of contract relating to indemnity provision for patent infringement. Resolved successfully.
