Professional experience
Jack Ko is an Associate in the Southern California office of Fish & Richardson P.C. Dr. Ko was previously a law clerk with the firm.

Dr. Ko practices in the areas of patent litigation and Section 337 investigations, due diligence investigations, pre-suit investigations, patent prosecution and counseling, re-examinations, and preparation of infringement and validity opinions. Dr. Ko has extensive experience in the following technical areas: semiconductor devices (e.g. lasers, detectors, LEDs, power MOSFETs); semiconductor fabrication (e.g. Molecular Beam Epitaxy, vapor deposition, etch, patterning, and implant); semiconductor device characterization (e.g., SEM, TEM, SIMS, AFM, and X-ray diffraction), wireless communication devices and systems; optical communication networks; optical computing and information processing; computer architecture, analog IC design, mobile phones, and computer power supplies.
