Jack Ko is an Associate in the Southern California office of Fish & Richardson P.C. Dr. Ko was previously a law clerk with the firm.

Dr. Ko practices in the areas of patent litigation and Section 337 investigations, due diligence investigations, pre-suit investigations, patent prosecution and counseling, re-examinations, and preparation of infringement and validity opinions.
