Professional experience 
Gregory Walters is a Principal in the Washington, D.C. office of Fish & Richardson P.C. His practice emphasizes preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, client counseling, due diligence investigations and preparation of opinions involving infringement, validity and novelty issues.  He deals with numerous technologies, including electronics and electrical devices, wireless communication systems and protocols, optics including fiber optic waveguides, optical switching devices and image projection systems, computer hardware and software, the Internet, process control systems, and mechanical devices.  Mr. Walters' software experience includes communications processing, speech recognition and processing, methods of doing business and image processing. His technical experience includes work as a Senior Associate, Network Engineer, and Senior Consultant for Andersen Consulting and Arthur Andersen & Co. S.C.
