Professional experience
Chen Qian is a Technology Specialist in the Washington, D.C. office of Fish & Richardson P.C. Her practice supports patent prosecution in the area of computer science and information technology. Ms. Qian works in IP litigations, performing technology analysis in both District court and ITC litigations, across a wide-range of technologies that include semiconductors, microprocessors, video display devices, digital memory structures and storage devices. She has extensive experience with software development, specializing in business intelligence, web, database, ECRM, and e-commerce applications. Ms. Qian also conducted focused research in the field of video and image processing while serving as a research assistant in the Vision and Security Technology Lab at Lehigh University. She was previously a Senior Consultant with Claraview, Inc. (2003-2004), and Senior Engineer with MicroStrategy, Inc. (1999-2003).
