Professional experience
Samuel Borodach is a Principal in the New York office of Fish & Richardson P.C. His practice emphasizes preparation and prosecution of patent applications, client counseling and preparation of opinions on infringement and validity of patents, with an emphasis on semiconductor and optoelectronic device design, fabrication and packaging; computer hardware and software; the Internet; electronic circuits; and business methods. Other technologies with which Mr. Borodach has some experience include testing of integrated circuits, optical sensors and imagers, single-use camera design, network switches and routers, and coin and banknote validation. His clients include individuals and startups, as well as mid-sized and large corporations.
Litigation experience
Experience in all phases of patent litigation in the district courts including jury and non-jury trials, as well as appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
