Professional Experience
Michael M. Rosen is an Associate in the Southern California office of Fish & Richardson P.C. His practice emphasizes intellectual property litigation. Mr. Rosen previously clerked for the Honorable Marilyn Huff, United States District Court for the Southern District of California (2003-2004), and worked as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate with Fish & Richardson P.C. (2003). He also has experience as a Research Assistant and Translator for Professor Charles Ogletree, Harvard Law School; Teaching Fellow and Tutorial Leader at Harvard College, Department of Government (2001-2003); and as Fellow, Dorot Fellowship, Jerusalem, Israel (1999-2000).
