Kevin Gray is a Principal of Fish & Richardson P.C. and Assistant Managing Principal of the Dallas office. His practice emphasizes domestic and international patent and trademark prosecution, as well as licensing of intellectual property and proprietary rights, particularly within the context of the medical products, biology, Internet, high-tech transactions and e-commerce. His practice further includes the handling of various intellectual property disputes (e.g., domain name disputes, patent, trademark and copyright infringement issues).
