Professional experience
Mr. Leviton is a Principal of Fish & Richardson P.C. and joined the firm in 2001. A member of the firm's Trademark and Copyright Group, Mr. Leviton specializes in all aspects of trademark law including selecting, protecting, and enforcing trademarks. Mr. Leviton has considerable experience counseling clients on issues relating to trade dress protection and other non-traditional trademarks. Mr. Leviton represents clients in trademark litigation matters before federal district courts and in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Leviton works with clients in the interactive entertainment industry on protecting their brands and content, assists clients with advertising issues and false advertising disputes, routinely counsels clients on Internet-related issues, and has handled numerous domain name dispute arbitration proceedings. Mr. Leviton also counsels clients on copyright matters, with an emphasis on fair use and licensing issues.

Admitted to the bar in Minnesota, the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the United States District Court for the District of Wisconsin.
