Professional experience
Jolynn Lussier is a principal in Fish & Richardson’s Boston office. She handles a variety of complex patent cases and appeals and has counseled clients, both large and small, on all aspects of best business practices for managing and protecting their intellectual property assets. She has also counseled clients on and managed copyright and trademark disputes.

Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Ms. Lussier worked for Raytheon Company as an Electrical Design Engineer on radar systems for the U.S. Navy.

Rembrandt Vision Technology L.P. v. CIBA Vision et al - (E.D. Tex.), patent, contact lenses.

Millenium LLP v. ScanSoft, Inc. - (S.D.N.Y.) patent, software for manipulating data from scanned documents.

Lawlor v. Nike et al. - (D. Mass. and Federal Circuit) patent, athletic shoes. Summary affirmance by Federal Circuit of District Court decision granting summary judgment of no infringement.

AllVoice Computing plc v. L&H Holdings USA, Inc. - (D. Mass. and Federal Circuit) patent, voice recognition software. Defeated preliminary injunction motion, which was summarily affirmed on appeal. Defeated second preliminary injunction motion.

Omega Optical v. Chroma Technology - (Vermont Trial and Supreme Courts) trade secrets, Defeated all claims after 22-day bench trial, and finding of no liability affirmed by Vermont Supreme Court.

Janes v. Bose Corp. - (N.D. Ill.) patent, loudspeaker systems.

Bose Corp. v. JBL, Inc. et al. - (D. Mass. and Fed. Cir.) patent, loudspeaker enclosures. District Court judgment of $8.33 million for patent infringement and injunction affirmed on appeal, 274 F.3d 1354 (Fed. Cir. 2001).

Bose Corp. v. Cambridge Soundworks - (D. Mass.) patent and false advertising claims, radios.
