Professional experience
Lauren A. Degnan is a Principal in the Washington, DC of Fish & Richardson P.C. Her practice focuses on patent litigation, intellectual property litigation, counseling, and licensing. She has litigated numerous cases in federal district courts, including the Eastern District of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States International Trade Commission.

Ms. Degnan has litigated cases involving telecommunications, wireless infrastructure equipment, mobile phones, microprocessors, computer networks and peripherals, internet applications, GPS devices, document imaging and storage systems, software applications, and various mechanical inventions. Before joining Fish, she served as a judicial clerk to Chief Judge Haldane Robert Mayer of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (1997-1999).
