J. Kyle Komenda is an Associate in the Dallas office of Fish & Richardson. His practice emphasizes all aspects of intellectual property litigation and prosecution including patent litigation, patent and trademark prosecution, and licensing.
Mr. Komenda's technical experience includes work in satellite systems as a student engineer at Honeywell (2003-2004), NiCd battery technology while interning at Acme Aerospace (2002-2003), and subcontract work in semiconductor fabrication technology at Intel (2001-2002). While completing his engineering coursework, Mr. Komenda also gained valuable research and design experience in bio-electronic devices and controls.
