Professional experience
James McDonough's practice focuses on patent and general intellectual property litigation. James previously worked for the Centers for Disease Control in its Technology Transfer Office, where he worked with inventors on commercializing their technology. Before that, he was Director of Business Development at LBS Consulting, a document management software startup, and a Senior Systems Engineer at Cerner Corporation, a clinical software company.
James' practice also includes counseling start-ups and established enterprises involved in the development, distribution, licensing, disposition, and acquisition of technology and intellectual property rights.
