From the North

I-94 East to 4th Street exit. Take a right on 1st Avenue for two blocks and take a left onto 6th Street for two blocks. Entrance to the parking garage is on your right after you cross Nicollet Mall. Our offices are located on the 33rd floor of the Dain Rauscher Building, across the street from the garage.

I-35W South take 4th Street/University Av exit. Take a right. Keep going straight on 4th Street until you come to a "T" at 1st Avenue North and take a left. Go across the Hennepin Avenue Bridge and follow Hennepin Avenue to 6th Street and take a left. Entrance to the parking garage is on your right after you cross Nicollet Mall. Our offices are located on the 33rd floor of the Dain Rauscher Building, across 6th Street from the garage.

From the South

1-35W North to downtown exits. Take 5th Avenue exit. Go to 7th Street and take a left. Go four blocks to Marquette Avenue and take a right. Go two blocks to 5th Street and take a left. The entrance to the Dain Rauscher Parking Garage is behind the building, on the left. (stay in close left lane off of the light rail tracks). Our offices are located on the 33rd floor of the Dain Rauscher building.

From the East

I-94 West to 5th Street (Metrodome exit). Go around the dome staying to the left. Take left on Portland Avenue and go two blocks to 7th Street; take a right. Go five blocks to Marquette Avenue and take a right. Go two blocks to 5th Street and take a left. The entrance to the Dain Rauscher Parking Garage is behind the building, on the left.
