IP litigator Conrad Gosen represents clients across industries in high-stakes and complex IP matters at trial and on appeal.

Conrad has extensive experience in U.S. District Court litigation and appeals to the Federal Circuit. He also has an impressive record in inter partes reviews and in successfully guiding clients through Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission.

Conrad deftly manages all aspects of a case from presuit investigations through discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. He has argued many substantive motions in court, including claim construction and summary judgment motions. While Conrad is based in Minneapolis, he has significant experience in other venues, particularly the Eastern District of Texas.

With an undergraduate degree in materials science and engineering, Conrad serves clients in the fields of chemical processing, medical devices, automotive engineering, semiconductor processing, computer devices, and telecommunications, including LTE and VoIP.

Before joining Fish & Richardson, Conrad was a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Lucy Koh of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
