Background

Ben Thompson is a Principal in the Atlanta office of Fish & Richardson. His practice emphasizes patent litigation, including actions filed in various federal district courts (with extensive experience in the Eastern District of Texas) and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Thompson worked as a software engineer for a company specializing in mission-critical technology solutions for the Department of Defense.
