Background

Andrew Huh is an Associate in Fish & Richardson’s Washington, D.C.* office.  Andrew’s practice emphasizes all aspects of patent litigation in federal district courts and the United States International Trade Commission (USITC).  He has litigated cases involving various mechanical and electrical engineering technologies, including wireless communications, mobile sets, semiconductors, fuel cells and offshore oil/gas drilling.  Before joining Fish, Andrew practiced Korean patent law in both patent litigation and patent prosecution.  Prior to beginning his legal career, Andrew was an engineer at Daewoo Heavy Industry in the area of defense technology.
