AIPLA IP Practice in Japan Committee, Delegation Trip 2009
The IP Practice in Japan Committee made its annual trip to Japan, from April 20-23, 2009. As a Committee Member, John Pegram spoke on a topics including, “Reexamination Made More Useful by Federal Circuit Decisions” and “Attacking patents/applications in the USPTO.” John Johnson, AIPLA Board Liason, spoke on, “Opinions of Counsel in view of Seagate and Qualcomm cases” and participated in a mock hearing on “Discovery from Japanese company by subpoena on U.S. Sub.” on this 2009 delegation trip.
