AIPLA IP Practice in Japan Committee, Delegation Trip 2010
The IP Practice in Japan Committee made its annual trip to Japan, from April 19-22, 2010. As Delegation Members, Fish attorneys John Johnson and John Pegram both were a part of this 2010 delegation trip. John Pegram spoke on, “Evolving Relationship of Reexamination & Litigation” and John Johnson participated in a Mock Post-trial Permanent Injunction Hearing.
