Fish & Richardson has ranked number one on this survey for six out of the seven years since IP Law & Business
began publishing its annual list of the most active patent litigation firms. Fish was involved in a total of 79
new cases in 2006, 41 percent more cases than the firm's nearest competitor.
Best Intellectual Property practice
Fish was ranked the law firm with the Best Intellectual Property Practice in the 2007
edition of The Vault Guide to the Top 100 Law Firms. Associates ranked their own firm on subjects such as
