Proshanto Mukherji is an Associate in the Boston office of Fish & Richardson. Dr. Mukherji’s legal experience includes work as a Summer Associate with Fish & Richardson (2008) and with another firm (2007), a Clinical Internship working on patent and technology law issues at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard Law School (2007-2008), and work as a Research Assistant to Professor Steven Shavell at Harvard Law School (2008-2009). Included in his experience is representing Boston Scientific in the Northern District of California case, Medtronic Vascular Inc., et al. v. Abbott Cardiovascular, et al., which involved cardiovascular stents. His dissertation research at the University of Rochester focused on Artificial Intelligence methods for the automatic discovery of complex statistical regularities in logical world-descriptions.
