April 20, 2010 - John Johnson (New York) and John Pegram (New York) will be speakers at an Open Seminar of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association in Tokyo on April 20, 2010. John Johnson is an organizer and participant in a mock U.S. Post-Trial Permanent Injunction Hearing. John Pegram will speak on the Evolving Relationship of Reexamination & Litigation. Both will also be participating in other meetings of the AIPLA IP Practice in Japan Committee with various Japanese officials and organizations during the same week.
