Kevin M. Cookler is Of Counsel in the Washington D.C. office of Fish & Richardson. He focuses his practice on telecommunications law and regulation, including licensing, compliance and policy matters. His experience includes work for commercial and private wireless licensees, electric utilities, cable providers and emerging technology companies. He has counseled and assisted clients in proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission, state public utility commissions and other federal and state agencies on issues such as spectrum acquisition, corporate transactions, pole attachments, tower siting and environmental and historic preservation compliance under the FCC's Nationwide Programmatic Agreement.
Kevin served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James F. Merow of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He also served as a legal intern for the Federal Communications Commission, Common Carrier Bureau – Policy Division and Wireless Bureau – Commercial Wireless Division.
