Fish Pro Bono Work Makes a Difference Coast to Coast
Lara Garner and Heidi Harvey Honored

Two Fish attorneys were recently recognized for outstanding pro bono contributions to their communities. Southern California associate Lara Garner was honored with the Fair Shake Award from the Western Center on Law and Poverty (WCLP) for her work towards improving healthcare services for indigent residents of San Diego. The WCLP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing and enforcing the rights of low-income Californians to the basic necessities of life.
Boston principal Heidi Harvey was awarded the Robert B. Fraser Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award for legal pro bono excellence in recognition of her outstanding service to the clients of the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts program. Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts is established to meet the legal needs of the state's artistic community.
