DALLAS – Fish & Richardson is proud to announce that three attorneys from the firm's Dallas office have earned a place on the 2011 D Magazine Best Lawyers in Dallas list.

This is the seventh selection to the list for Tom Melsheimer, managing principal of the Dallas office and head of the office's trial practice, who was selected to the 2011 list for his business litigation work.

In recognition of his labor and employment work, Stephen Fox was selected among the Best Lawyers in Dallas for a sixth time. As the head of the Dallas office's trade secret and employment law practice, Mr. Fox led an F&R team that secured 2010's largest employment law verdict in Texas.

Bill Mateja was selected to the list for the third time based upon his white collar defense, government investigations and securities litigation practice. He is a former federal prosecutor who served as Senior Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General at the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

The 2011 listing of the city's top attorneys is featured in the June 2011 issue of D Magazine, and is available at www.dmagazine.com. The Best Lawyers in Dallas listing is compiled from nominations received by D Magazine from attorneys across North Texas. Final selections are made by a blue-ribbon panel of attorneys working with the magazine's executive editor.
